  • Models available with extended frequency option when used with compatible version of KTR-908
  • Models available with 5 or 28 volt lighting
  • Models available with diffused or non-diffused display lens
  • Models available with 500 ohm volume control compatible with audio systems in certain Beechcraft King Air installations
  • Automatic squelch eliminates need for manual adjustments but manual squelch override provided with pulling of ON/OFF/VOLUME knob
  • Automatic dimming circuit adjusts brightness of display
  • Flip-flop frequency transfer button
  • Similar to KFS-598A but DOES NOT include 9 preset channel memory, configuration capability for additional channel mode and/or tandem cockpit applications, frequency management capability when used with KNS-660 system, display dimmer override, civil or military operating modes
