All flight tests required for certification, troubleshooting or evaluation purposes are at the owner expense. All travel to and from our facilities for warranty repairs are also at the owner expense.

Peninsula Avionics Installation Warranty Policy
Peninsula Avionics, Inc., is a Domestic Repair Station that performs equipment installations. Aircraft undergoing an installation our facility may not be flown away under any circumstances until we have completed inspecting our installation and signed a Return to Service Authorization.*
Peninsula Avionics warranties the workmanship of installations performed for a period of one year. The manufacturer’s warranty on the equipment is stated in the owner’s manual of the newly installed equipment.
Warranty Repairs will only be performed at our Repair Station’s Fixed Location, in accordance with CFR Part 14 and our Operations Specifications. All Warranty Repairs must be scheduled in advance.
In the event of a newly installed unit failing after installation, we will contact the manufacturer to acquire a replacement unit and schedule the warranty work in accordance with its delivery.
NOTE: If the aircraft becomes un-flyable due to the newly installed equipment failing and cannot return to Peninsula Avionics’ fixed location during the warranty period, we will make arrangements for authorized dealer near you to swap out the defective equipment. Do not take the aircraft to another facility for a Warranty Repair unless we have made the arrangements and authorized you to do so. Peninsula Avionics will not honor any unauthorized repair costs.
*If an aircraft undergoing an installation is flown away from our facility without a Return to Service Authorization, the warranty becomes null and void.
