Alliant Integrated Flight Deck
More Than Just a Pretty Face
The Alliant package provides the state of the art in situational awareness, safety, reliability, and redundancy for your King Air 200. Alliant uses dual Avidyne EXP5000 Primary Flight Displays (PFD) to integrate the pilot�s and copilot�s standard flight instruments. The dual 10.4-inch diagonal, large-format flat panel displays provide easy-to-interpret symbology that improves situational awareness and reduces pilot workload. Each EXP5000 PFD also contains an integrated solid-state air data and attitude/heading reference system (ADAHRS) providing full redundancy as well as much higher reliability than traditional �spinning-mass� gyros.
The EX500 Multi-Function Display (MFD) features a 5.5� diagonal, high-resolution moving map display that can show flight plan information and Avidyne�s exclusive two-way MultiLink� datalink weather service. Options include interfaces to 19 different airborne weather radar systems, an EGPWS/TAWS display, lightning and traffic. Additional options are Avidyne�s FlightCenter� services for flight tracking and two-way text messaging capabilities, and CMax� Electronic Charts.
The S-TEC IntelliFlight 2100 is a full-featured digital, multi-axis, attitude-based autopilot. The IntelliFlight 2100 features all the advanced modes you come to expect on a high-end digital autopilot including: GPS Roll Steering (GPSS), Heading Hold, NAV & Approach Modes, Altitude Hold with Altitude Trim, Indicated Airspeed (IAS) Hold, Vertical Speed Select & Hold, Course Intercept Capability, and Yaw Damper.
